Lel Hill – Practice Manager
Lel has been with HealthSense Medical Centre since the practice opened in 2015, and manages across both locations @ Golden Grove & Fairview Green.
Lel is born and bred country northern SA, moving to the NT in 1984, and returning to Adelaide in 2012.
She has over 30 years’ health experience working in remote Aboriginal communities as well as in the NT Health system before returning to Adelaide. Lel is a trained Dental Nurse, having worked at the RAH Oral Surgery Unit, as well being experienced in administrative roles in Child Welfare, Drug & Alcohol Services, Radiology, Elective Surgery, Neurology and as Practice Manager.
Lel lives locally and enjoys being part of the HealthSense team providing quality health care to the local population.
DANIELLE FALZON – 2IC
Danielle, has an eclectic work background having worked previously in administration in a Real Estate Office for a number of years and more recently in Aged Care.
Danielle’s interests include cycling, walking and spending time with her family.
AMANDA AMOS – REGISTERED NURSE
Amanda has been an Registered Nurse for nearly 5 years and has worked in both Acute and Aged care.
Practice Nursing is her passion and she enjoys the variety Practice Nursing has to offer and particularly loves caring for young children and their families.
In the very little amount of spare time she has, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two young boys and Husband and Mum time at the gym.
BIN CHEN – REGISTERED NURSE
Bin has been a registered nurse since 1995. She has worked in major hospitals in China and Botswana as a registered nurse and neonatal care nursing specialist before moving to Australia.
Bin came to Australia in 2008 and obtained a Bachelors’ and Masters’ Degrees in nursing and a Masters in Social work from Uni SA.
She enjoys working as a practice nurse and has a particular interest in Chronic Disease Management and Wound Care .
CHARLENE DUNCAN – ENROLLED NURSE
Charlene is an Enrolled nurse, with a strong interest in general practice nursing.
Charlene brings with her an interesting work history, Spending 10 years in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Dental Assistant, before deciding that nursing was her real passion
In her spare time, she enjoys walking around her beautiful home town in the Barossa Valley and spending time with her husband and 3 young children
RUTH HALL – ENROLLED NURSE
Ruth is an Enrolled Nurse that brings with her a variety of experience.
She enjoys all aspects of nursing with particular interest in immunisations.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with family.
CARLY ZWAR – RECEPTIONIST
Carly has been working in General Practice for three years and enjoys the interaction with patients.
At home she enjoys baking, spending time with her young family and weekend trips away.
