Telehealth consults are available from Monday March 30 2020.  You can book an appointment time and one of our GP’s will call you back for a consult over the phone or by video consult.  Please phone: 8251 3885 for an appointment or book online.

Following recent Medicare funding changes to Telehealth consults – if you are a new patient, or existing patient who has not attended our practice in the last 12 months, an upfront fee will be required to be paid prior to your phone/telehealth appointment.

The majority of our GP’s have been awarded with The Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). This is a specialist general practice qualification accredited by the Australian Medical Council. FRACGP denotes safe, specialised, high-quality general practice care.

Dr Sachin Joshi

Dr Sachin (Joshi) is a fellow and member of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

He is interested in:

  • General Medicine
  • Paediatric Medicine
  • Dermatology
  • Aboriginal and Torres
  • Strait Islander Health
  • Geriatrics.

He provides a wide range of services from Men’s and Women’s Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management, Coordinated Veterans Care (CVC), Skin Assessment and Lesion Removal.

Dr Joshi is a registered doctor with InjuryNET and competent to do Q-Fever vaccinations.

He has two children and likes to watch cricket and play table tennis and golf.

Languages spoken: Sachin is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.


Dr Kasia Strojek graduated in 2004 from Jagellonian University in Krakow, Poland.

She is interested in:

  • Women’s Health
  • Children’s Health
  • Antenatal Care
  • Lactation problems and
  • Preventative medicine

Upon settling in Australia in 2006, she worked at Modbury Hospital. She has spent the last 4 years working in Clare, in private practice and at the hospital. She enjoys gardening and long walks.

Languages spoken: Kasia is fluent in Polish.


Dr Mofazzal graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Punjab University in 2002.

She is also/interested in:

  • Women’s Health
  • Children’s Health
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Mental Health and Geriatrics

Dr Mofazzal is also interested in dermatology and skin checks and a Medical educator and examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is passionate about passing on her knowledge to young doctors.

She has worked in country Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales before moving to Adelaide.

Dr Sohail has joined us from the from the UK where he has extensive experience in General Practice.

Dr Singh, after graduation from Melbourne University went to the UK where he completed his training to become a general practitioner.

After gaining extensive experience, Dr Singh has returned to Australia and joined Health Sense.

  • General medicine

Dr Poaul Zwarts Mb Chb has recently joined the Health Sense Team from South Africa.

Dr Zwarts has extensive general practice experience having operated his own practice in KwaZulu-Natal for over ten years.

  • Children’s Health
  • Chronic Disease Management.

Dr Monita Sharma

Dr Sharma has over ten years of experience as a GP having worked both in India and Mauritius.

Dr Raja Battula

Dr Raja Battula was born and raised in Southern India. He gained his Medical qualifications from the University of Health Sciences. He then worked as a GP locally for 5 years before moving to the West Indies where he worked and lived for 15 years. 

Dr Battula’s special interests include:

  • Men’s health
  • Chronic Disease Management.

Dr Bhavik Goswami

Dr Bhavik Goswami has moved from the UK to Australia with his family where he was working in a remote practice in the NE part of England. 

His special interests are: general medicine, chronic disease management and research

Dr Goswami speaks Hindi & Gujarati and is an avid cricket fan!

Dr Himanshu Bhardwaj

Dr Himanshu Bhardwaj is fellow of RACGP with many years of experience in general practice. He did his MBBS from New Delhi, India in 1996 and worked as a GP for many years before moving to Australia in 2012.

He has interest in all aspects of general practice including family medicine , men and women health ,childhood and adolescent medicine and chronic diseases.

Dr Neha Prasad Sinha

Dr Neha attained her MBBS from Manipal University. She completed her medical training in Malaysia before pursuing her career in South Australia.

She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and prides herself in empowering this field of medicine.

Her areas of interest are

  • General Practice & Preventative medicine
  • Women & Children’s health Sexual health
  • Implanon insertion/removal
  • Obesity management
